Any tips for my first 'proper' job interview?

I had my interview today and I'm pleased to say it went well! I'll be hearing back in a few weeks. I'm quietly confident, as he seemed rather impressed.

Actually, in this industry, it is used in that sense. For example, 'a team of creatives'.

I know it is, and it's a totally abhorrent usage which should be stamped out forthwith!
