Plain Talker   11 #1 Posted July 28, 2012 (edited) I am stunned to hear that Geoffrey Hughes (Eddie Yates) has died!  He was also renowned for playing "slob" Onslow, Hyacinth Bucket's brother in law In Keeping Up Appearances, and Vernon Scripps in heartbeat.  He was 68.
