How to keep a printer cartridge from drying up.

You can get printers that don't use cartridges anymore (I think they just have reservoirs for ink or something?)

As others have said though, you need to print a test page or something once every so often to keep the nozzles from getting clogged with dry ink.

Could try glasses wipes if you have any they probably contain the same stuff.

God that is expensive! Think I would rather buy a bottle of Gin and at least have fun drinking it as I try and clean the heads.

Nearly all glass wipes these days don't contain alcohol and just a cleaning substance.
