Hesther   10 #1 Posted October 9, 2015 I've noticed in the past week a significant rise in the number of rats I've seen in various parts of our city.  Has anyone else, or have I just been 'lucky'?
 Share this content via...

dutch   68 #3 Posted October 9, 2015 These are only natural animals who at times distribute unhealthy germs, disease.  Yes you are lucky, I saw PM on telly last night and would have been more amazed and emotionally touched watching rats out there. I'm sure your claim is accuRATe, but as some people on here tend to exaggeRATe a bit it needs to be RATified.  Can anyone else corroboRATe your story? BigPappaDon   10 #5 Posted October 9, 2015 I too have seen them left right and centre. In fact I was having a discussion with my barber the other day about the current rat epidemic. We especially agreed on the following locations to regularly encounter these little varmints:-  1) KFC Queens Road 2) Church near Crucible 3) Anywhere close to a river 4) The Wicker (specially at the rear of the foot establishments)  I think the problem will only increase if active steps are not taken soon!!!! We need more foxes.  On that note, anyone else seen all the foxes painted on walls on Abbeydale Rd area (and quite possibly other locations that I haven't noticed/been to)? What's that all about? Blackbeard   10 #12 Posted October 9, 2015 The rats enjoy the dirty habits of some of the people of Sheffield, just look at the feasts of part eaten takeaways left out for them on the streets of the city.
 Share this content via...
