Is Jeremy Corbyn fiddling his taxes?

Recommended Posts

What's more concerning is that such a high earning individual can have NO savings. Doesn't fill you with confidence that he can be part of a Government that can responsibly manage the country's finances, when it seems that he can't manage his own.

Anybody seen his credit rating?

Depends. The UK government currently has an income of around £533bn and a debt of around £1550bn. That's about a 3:1 debt to income ratio.

Is Corbyn doing better than that? Many people go over that ratio on a house but clear it long before reaching Corbyn's age.

He will be considering the consequences of loosing his job, savings would prevent him getting benefits.

Not with a £50,000 per year pension he wouldn't. Even if he did omit it from his tax return.
