It should many years ago,Cuba is no threat to The USA.

Glad I visited Havana this year, the people are fantastic.

Saw this on channel 4 news. It was when they had someone from the US administration on that it all became clear. He pointed out the Cubans were exploring for oil and that if anything went wrong the oil would be on US beaches. He reckoned US oil company executives should go and advise the cubans.........
