top4718 Â Â 838 #51 Posted May 24, 2017 With the average lifespan of a Championship manager being 9 months and more than half the clubs changing the man at the helm during the season (more than once in some cases) 3-4yr deals will probably become a relic of a more sensible football age, it shows great character from CC to insist on a 1yr and should he fail not be taking the club to the cleaners, a fantastic gesture in the current climate of greed in football and one that should be applauded.
