Mine cleared up after eliminating certain foods and not using products with perfumes in etc.

Hi Zebbadee,
Some effective tips for your son to treat eczema.
Moisturize your skin specially after taking bath and avoid bubble bath and soap as they took away protective oil from your skin. Avoid products and activities that dry out your skin. Keep your hands clean and your nails trimmed. Use gloves while gardening and consult your doctor in case of skin infection.
