Ghozer   112 #3 Posted March 24, 2017 That was always my argument... if your internet connection goes down for whatever reason, and it's down for more than a few hours - you should be compensated for the down time, even if they deduct from the next bill....  or, if they cut you off for late payment, - you shouldn't then be charged for the period you were without internet, on the next bill...
