Its a complete waste of dosh, its hardley crammed with people down there,Ive been using that route to my partners for two years and Ive seen about 5 pedestrians.

When they did operate the lights for a short time, traffic was backed up allover, now there off and the flow is far better. A complete nonsense!

What is not to understand. Hopefully not to be brought into service / commissioned. The short period of time the lights were active traffic was bad and the council took the action to take them out of service. Once they were not in use traffic flowed smooth. Hope that is simple enough for you to understand!

So why not find whether they are required before wasting money installing them, I don't think I've ever seen so many traffic lights on one roundabout.

With the continued increase of new houses & new businesses around that area ... It will get busier & busier and no doubt the roads and roundabout have been built with that in mind .
