When they did operate the lights for a short time,traffic was backed up allover,now there off and the flow is far better. A complete nonsense! The short period of time the lights were active traffic was bad and the council took the action to take them out of service. Once they were not in use traffic flowed smooth. Â So why not find whether they are required before wasting money installing them, I don't think I've ever seen so many traffic lights on one roundabout.
