Yes Tim Henman deserves to have the hill named after him, because he was at Wimbledon when they first started putting the big television screens on the outside areas, so the fans could see the action from Centre Court.

Im sure that shouldn't qualify him to have a hill named after him. On the other hand Andy Murray does.
