Problem with Magento

Hello all.

I am new to the web development scene. I am setting up a business and using Magento 2.1.3 for some reason I having trouble integrating PayPal, I have inputted my API credentials and looked at a few tutorials on the web and seems to be all good. But when I come to buy a product on the live site using PayPal, I get a message saying that -

PayPal gateway has rejected request. Billing address request is not enabled for merchant (#11601: Request for billing address failed).

I have turned off the Billing Address request in Magento, but still getting this.

Any help will be hugely appreciated.
