El Cid   216 #1 Posted July 26, 2016 (edited) Just wondering how common they are these days.  I had one in my back garden a few weeks ago, and its back again tonight. My back garden is fenced off, and mostly concrete, I have given it some cat food. The dog found it, not me, she didnt bark this time. Tess   10 #10 Posted July 27, 2016 We had one in our front garden the other nice. Was horrified thinking it was a rat until it trundled from the bushes across the grass. Next doors kittens didn't know what to make of it!
 Share this content via...
Buggz   10 #11 Posted July 27, 2016 I use to see them in my garden every year up to about 2010 but I've not see once since. It's strange too as the gardens around me are quite large and the hogs have easy access to each garden. I have plenty of other wildlife (foxes, badgers, garden birds and the occasional sparrowhawk) so it seems strange that they're no longer around in my area.
