Any opinions on Middletons pet store at the bottom of the Moor?

Recommended Posts

Middleton's has been there for well over 30 years and used to be excellent when it was owned by the Middletons. I have found it a disappointing shop in recent years with stock not being displayed well and the whole place having a depressing and run down feel. However I have always found the animals to be clean and seemingly well cared for. I can't comment on the fish as I have a phobia so avoid looking at them!

Just went past just now at 3pm on a week day and it's closed!?! I wonder if this is the end for it now and it's closing down? I for one will be sad to see it go.

Every time I go in the bloke in charge always says" Sorry we are waiting for it to come in" or" Ive just sold the last one".

The prices they charge I'm surprised they're still going!
