Homeless man freezes to death in Birmingham

Whilst not wishing to detract from the regret that some find themselves in hopeless situations, police currently believe that this young man died of an overdose amongst other users.

"frozen to death" is unlikely.

It's still a harsh reality they live in whether using or not, that nobody should need to be living, in the 21st century

Chiriac Inout was discovered in John Bright Street late last Tuesday, November 30.

 

Shocking CCTV footage of what appeared to be Mr Inout’s final moments later emerged, showing people searching through his pockets while others injected drugs just inches away.
