Checking EE P.A.Y.G. balance.

Is there a way of checking your balance without having to send a text. I am asking this because a 93 year old lady is a bit confused with sending texts and we live quite a long way from her. She is on EE P.A.Y.G.

If she is capable of using the phone dial 150 and ask its free

use the "My EE" app... log her into her EE account, and then she can just use that to check...

Unfortunately she is on talk-talk broadband and only her mobile is on EE.

if not, you could set it up for her on the first occasion, then past that it's just a matter of opening the app...

I tried that when I was there but nothing happened. I will have to go up and see if I can sort it for her. What makes it more difficult for her is, she is Russian and speaks very little English.

It is now sorted because her grand daughter will keep an eye on her account and top it up when necessary.Cheers everyone.
