MikeyK   10 #8 Posted April 7, 2011 (edited) Ronin Self Protection Systems  We are a BCA (British Combat Association) affiliated club.  The club started solely with Krav Maga, but has expanded and evolved over the years to incorporate material and teaching from many of the best instructors in the country.  Our teaching is heavily influenced by instructors such as: Al Peasland, Mick Tully, Matty Evans, Tony Somers, Geoff Thompson, Lee Morrison, Dennis Martin and many others whom we have been fortunate to train with and learn from.  We won’t tell you you’re invincible. We don’t train in full camouflage gear. But we’ll increase your awareness and skills to give you a better chance of surviving in a bad situation. We won’t be telling you how to live or asking for any sort of commitment. You turn up to the classes as and when you want - and we’ll teach you to the highest standard we can - in a safe, ego-free and controlled environment.  Our syllabus includes striking, escapes from chokes/headlocks, ground survival, defence against edged weapons, conflict avoidance, the law of self defence and more.  Classes  The Source Gym in Sheffield (Near Meadowhall)  Tuesday 7:00pm to 8:30pm  Monthly Sunday workshop with guest instructors - PM for more details.  Male and female students welcome, age 16+.  Cost  £5 per lesson, pay as you train!  For more details call Mike on (0779) 1114459 or email [email protected]  http://sheffieldselfdefence.wordpress.com/ Edited January 9, 2013 by MikeyK Change of details
 Share this content via...
