Last chance bargain the stores keep rattling out,

Each one tempting the public with their massive discounts,

These must have deals, where everything is reduced,

The shop bosses praying that the shopper is suitably seduced,

Black Friday, Cyber Monday the onset winter sales,

Shop on line the easier route than standing with the pay here snails,

Many an item inflated way past its retail selling price,

Just to make that fifty percent off deal sound extra nice,

Advert after advert on the telly in every commercial break.

No endless money thrown at this massive mickey take,

Every year they flout final reductions, last chance sale do not miss.

One thinks they are taking the proverbial urine, or a word similar to this.

BOGOF! I wish they would, with their sofa adverts, 'double-discounts' etc
