My Mum has Alzheimers and is now living in a lovely local residential care home.
She has always loved music and was a singer in her younger years.
Does anyone know of a local group who would be willing to attend local care homes to sing and entertain the residents ?

There's a group called "The Lost Chord" recently appeared in "The Secret Millionaire".

They certainly do music therapy, including singing, with people who have dementia. I heard they are very popular, and do some good work!

My mum is a Private Carer for people with Dementia and Alzheimers and has lots of contacts, if you want to message me your number and I can tell her to get in touch.

Regards
