Is the sale of viagra legal?

Hi, a woman in her seventies on my road sells Viagra from the house and I just wondered if this is legal or not. Not that its any of my business but I do get fed up of people coming and going all the time to buy it. Also wondering if this is safe to sell to anybody as I have heard that its not safe for some people so should it be a prescription only drug?

Viagra is a prescription only medication, so it can only be sold by a pharmacy when it has been prescribed by a doctor.

Thanks for that. I was a bit concerned about who she is selling them to and am a bit disturbed that a woman of her age is selling these.

more than likely she his just a front,but the crap she his selling could be dangerous,as it is produced abroad.

Definitely POM. Whilst it is fun to use, it does have contra-indications with other meds and recreational "legal highs" particularly those that have been mentioned in the news recently.

It is illegal for her to sell.

I went to the chemist to get some viagra. I said the pharmacist "can I get it over the counter?" after a brief pause she replied "only if you take two".

Thought it had been a recreational drug for years? She's not a pharamacy is she, so thats all you need to know. Wonder how much she shifts?

It has, its for sale all over the place in both tablet and flavoured jelly form, its cheap too, I've known a thousand tablets go for less than 200 quid and and never known anyone have any dodgy effects from them, coke users love them.

Lol it kind of makes sense. I think its slightly illegal?
