Just 6 weeks to the start of the season.

Well the countdown begins, United are back in training on the 3rd July, i still feel we need a striker, but am pleased with the signings so far. And hopeful Cloughs plan to start the season in full flow will come true.

Rotherham seem to have all guns blazing too, a number of positive signings.

The Owls seem to be at a stand still waiting for the ok, from the new potential owner. Lens appeal is not scheduled for a week or so yet, will the F.A sanction their approval for his take over before then? doubtful, so the Owls spending is likely to be put back, and therefore safe to say , a delay in the seasons preparations is happening.

United usually have late starts in preparations due to play offs etc, and in the past really hampered our start to the following season. Its nice to think we will be setting off at full pace this time.

Chesterfield seem quiet as do Barnsley on the local front.

One would hope so ! Will MM put in his own money, in the event of a delay? If Lens dont overturn the promotion issue, the heat will really be on.

As for the Blades , signing proven striker would be a great boost for the fans.
