Thorpist   72 #8 Posted April 22, 2017 Make sure that there are lots of holes in the bottom of the drum and stand it off the ground or the fire will not burn properly due to oxygen starvation, a few in the side near the bottom to rake the ashes that clog the holes is also a good idea.
