Seems to be related to the processor chipset: Kabylake ( 7th gen i3/i5/i7 ) or Skylake ( 6th gen i3/i5/i7 )

Also according to the following link M$ will only support Kabylake on W10

Can't help thinking this may all end in tears for M$
