chem1st   10 #1 Posted December 12, 2010 I caught a train earlier. The Huddersfield - Sheffield one it was.  It was, THE SANTA EXPRESS.  There was a sign on the front saying this, tinsel on the bars etc. in the train, the conductors dressed as elf's, a Santa and an old bloke in a waistcoat. There were some balloons too and Xmas music being played.  They were giving out free sherry for the adults, and selection boxes for the children, along with mince pies for all.  It was really good and everyone was enjoying it, all smiling, joking and laughing.  Has anybody else been on this? 123456A Â Â 10 #7 Posted December 12, 2010 Bob on = Pretty darn good. Â No... the world according to Google does not give that as an explanation, so it must be incorrect. Â It was therefore a question to ask if Bob was on the train.
 Share this content via...
chem1st   10 #8 Posted December 12, 2010 No... the world according to Google does not give that as an explanation, so it must be incorrect. It was therefore a question to ask if Bob was on the train.  It's a commonly used term in these parts.  I'll ask for the thread title to be amended to Queen's English.
