Hello Slightly random but I was wondering what does she say at beginning of this song its right at the start just before she says ''can we talk?'' San ??

San Bernardino? Probably the city in which the concert is being held.

Well the video was posted in November 2009, and she did a concert in San Bernardino in July 2009, so I guess it would be that x

Leah-Lacie (post #3) is right, it's San Bernardino. (A city made famous in the UK, early 70s, by Christie's chart hit – not a patch on Frank Zappa's late 70s ditty of the same name though.)

 

"Can we talk?" was of course, the catchphrase of the late American comedian, Joan Rivers.
