Someone to amend building plans

Can anyone recommend someone to amend a small extension building plan, the original was drawn a while back and the current planning dept want additional detail adding (elevations etc).

What format are plans - paper or digital?

Original plan had flat window and we have now gone for a bay, so I guess some measurements needed, also need elevations from both sides showing proposed extension with bay.
