buck   11 #13 Posted April 25, 2015 (edited) I have shared a few beers with many Britisih soldiers during my service with the RN. They are a big and courageous group of men and women. The acts of a couple of them should not reflect on the many, though there is at least one on here who thinks they should.  ---------- Post added 25-04-2015 at 12:59 ----------  On further rflection, this looks like one of those "step outside" moments, two on two for whatever reason. Perhaps the victims were not soldiers spoiling for a fight, I don't know. But if they were'nt it was foolish to take on two fully trained swaddies who had had a beer too many maybe. By the time the camera got going one of the victims was unconscious, the other getting the boot into him, not unusual in a brawl but uncalled for nonetheless. At least there were no knives involved. Had this happened in the US, the guns might have come into play. You are lucky indeed over there. When I go out for a drink its usually at midday when common sense is still available , but at night its another story.
