muddywolf   10 #16 Posted April 24, 2015 I'd avoid any of the smaller couriers, those who employ people self employed people like myhermes are a joke for pickup and deliveries. I booked a collection and paid for a certain day, 5 days later it is still waiting for collection! With deliveries they claimed on that tracking into it had been delivered and signed for before it even reached my door.  Stick with the established Royal mail and parcel force. sedith   19 #17 Posted April 24, 2015 From a personal experience I can't fault DPD, had a freezer delivered on Wednesday this week, no problem whatsoever. However I concede that things do go wrong in any business, but it's down to how it is dealt with and a satisfactory outcome.
 Share this content via...
