Anyone know when it is..or IF it is. I have just been to one in my town today. They are going around the country. Wondered if they are stopping in Sheffield before Christmas.

Not sure when it is, but they come every few months. I'm sure there will be one again before Christmas

They have been before to Sheffield but they seem to go more often to Chesterfield. To be honest, I find them a bit pricey. I bought some Maille French Mustard with Tarragon at the one in Chesterfield last year which cost me £1.35. I then found the same stuff in Morrisons for half the price.

They are next here on the 3rd to 6th November.

There is also an Asian market 25th November to 27th November and the Farmers Market on 23rd October.

The last continental market was hopeless. The driest cakes I've ever eaten, foul bread (supposedly with olives), pate which is available anywhere and some revolting Bresse Bleu cheese that had had the bottom foil removed so that you couldn't see that it was about three months past it's sell by date until you cut into it. A shameful ripoff.

I also found them very pricey., I Bought some olives, but only got a little carton for about £3 . Also bought a Perennial plant for my garden which after planting promptly died off. Sorry, but its not my cup of tea !
