Companion Dog Show on 19th August 2012 at Thurcroft Recreation Ground to raise funds and awareness for MEDICAL DETECTION DOGS Charity. A variety of classes held, demonstrations and refreshments, bouncy castle present. Anyone interested in holding a stall selling merchandise, crafts etc would be very welcome, or any ideas to make this a successfull day to raise funds for this cause.

Lotti will be there with her stall

Is anybody else going?

Is this recreation ground the one with 'gordon bennett memorial hall' on it?

I might have been there if I wasn't at a horse show!

Aw that's a shame lol. We had gone for a walk in the morning and I'd forgotten where it was, I just told Nick 'somewhere in Thurcroft' lol so we drove past it and had to turn around. We didn't stay too long, loads of kids were mesmerised by Bella's size bless em lol but she's not very bright and gets scared A 12 week old schnauzer barked at her and she jumped behind Nick and barked at it through his legs but I think they heard her bark in Dinnington so we didn't stay long.

I met Lotti and her dalmation

We were there, sadly not very well organised, had they asked us earlier I could have given some advice to help them particularly in relation to the dog show as sadly we heard some fairly negative comments. They had an absolutely mint venue for it too. Hopefully next year will be bigger and better for them too (we were crushed in July when, despite lots of advertising we did not even make enough money to cover our expenses).
