driving past the ford dealership heading towards town, went through green lights and the camera flashed?? has this happened to anyone else? its a light camera so why fash if its green. is it faulty?

I think the street is saville street, as you're coming along the road past charlotte motors. that entire road is 40mph. its just got a 30 sign next to the camera o.O but people have gone through there at higher speeds and its not flashed. so far as I know its a red light camera? where can you find out what it is? 3 cars got flashed.

Nope, if there are no signs or repeaters and the road has street lights then it's safe to assume the road is a 30 speed limit.

its the one on Fred mulley street. There are 40 signs all the way up to the camera and then just a big 30 sign slap next to the camera o.O

you're right. but at least you have noticed it because as you've admitted its a big sign.
If it did flash on green then it must be because it's a speed camera as well as a red light camera.

If ive understood right which direction you were going, Technically, the 30mph speed is online with the speed camera, and you have to be down to 30mph once your at the 30mph sign, not get past the sign then slow down to 30mph. So i think you maybe getting a speeding fine.
Signs are meant to be seen before you've got to it, although i do think its a bit close to camera. ive driven past there alot though and never had a problem.

the problem with that is the speed camera and sign are next to each other. rather a crafty trick. not to mention on every camera site its listed as a traffic light camera.

I know the prince of Wales road one. that's a speed camera?? no way. I've blasted through there and its not flashed.

It's a speed camera also because there are the white blocks painted on the road after the camera.

when i got done going through the red light it had my speed on the nip so i am presuming because it records the speed you are going it is also a speed camera?
