Hi

As a bit of a hill walking addict was curious if anyone knows any longer climbs in Sheffield (rather than the peak district know plenty there)

The longest I know is starting at Abbeydale Road south oppisite the old garden centre go through ecclesall woods till you get to the big field by limb lane.Cross over Ecclesall Rd south and go to the top of Limb valley then cross over Sheephill rd and continue up the roman road taking a right just after it levels out which brings you out near the top of Ringinglow rd not mapped it but reckon its about 3 miles of almost continues climb.

The climb from SWFC to my house at the top of Herries Road when the Owls have lost is worse than that
