You obviously don't know the area, or the path they frequent, or what they're getting up to when hanging around...
I'll spell it out to you..THEY HANG AROUND A PATH THAT NOT MANY PEOPLE USE, SO IT IS A BIT LONELY AT TIMES. IT'S A GOOD WALK AWAY FROM THE SHOP, BUT PEOPLE USE IT AS A WALKWAY DOWN TO MORRISONS. THEY STAND AROUND HALFWAY DOWN THE PATH AND DRINK CANS OF LAGER AND PEE IN THE BUSHES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY...
Regarding the Polish accent, members of staff have complained about them, so have customers using the path, one member of staff told me they were Polish, but I don't care what country they come from, they made me feel uncomfortable Polish or not..
