I went to the gym tday for legs and abs and did 3sets of squats then moved on to do another 3 sets of leg press, after my first set of leg press i usually like to stand up and stretch my legs but i realised i was getting very dizzy so i got me a drink of water and skipped my 2 sets i had to do on leg press to complete my workout. Is this normal? or am i leg pressing too heavy (100kg) ?

It's hard to say as their are numerous factors to be considered when undertaking tough physical excercise like that. Numerous factors come into play eg Sleep and diet in the period running up to excercise etc etc.

If you are conditioning yourself well enough prior to excercising and this happens again then it might be worth consulting a doctor matey just to be on the safe side!
