just bought a playbook and sat for 8 hours trying to install so i can get some music on. not having any look not very up on things like this . need someone who can tell me step by step..anyone outhere!!!!!!

I can't tell you step by step, but http://demos.blackberry.com/desktop-software/na/us/gen/ looks rather simple (the syncing bit).
