We are a small investigations company based in Doncaster and are currently mentoring a student from Lincoln university. He would like to get in to our line of work however on application of similar jobs is told he needs experience which he does not have.He has never had a full time job and is 23.
Can anybody help with suggestions of where if possible, where we could get funding to have him work with us to gain experience?
