It's 8 years today That my brother Dougie died of meningitis C , aged 16.
Just wanted to say still missing him every day, gone but never forgotten.
Did anyone on here know him , or remember him ?

Gosh I can't believe it's 8 years. I went to Silverdale and can remember the sad day we found out very very well. I didn't know Dougie personally although I saw him often around school. The sense of loss in the school was overwhelming - it really affected everyone. He was a very popular guy, I remembered they had a collection and raised a huge amount. Em x
