I'm sure I've seen a couple of 'to let' signs up round Woodhouse. Is that too far away from where you want to be?

... or the contracts they dream up!

tell me about it - my sis is in the process of moving, and there's one or two issues with the contract the agents are asking her to sign... some of which I'm pretty sure aren't legally enforceable!

sorry - forgot to say, the 'to let' signs I've seen have included some non-agent ones

Hi
I have a furnished house available on Maple Grove, just below the Parkway, so very close to Asda and the 52 bus route.
It's a mid-terrace, 2 bedrooms, gas c/h, patio/garden to rear. Rent £425 pcm.
If you want to see some picture go to: http://www.flickr.com/photos/canalet...7622671248733/
This is on a very quiet little estate, with no through traffic, just residents.
To see location go to google maps: S9 4AQ
The house is available now. (I would also consider renting it unfurnished for £385.)
