I know there are a couple of old double glazing threads elsewhere - I just wondered if anyone had had windows installed by Fox Windows on Penistone Road, and what they thought of them.

Cheers.

Yes, they got me out of a real sticky situation once.

My front door lock was jammed, so we were using the patio door as the only way in and out. But then that jammed too, so I had to put the patio door through to get in. Lots of glass everywhere.

We were going on holiday in five days time so we needed it replacing ASAP. As Fox were our nearest, we phoned them and they pulled out all the stops and had a new one fitted within three days.

Then they replaced our front door, and have done all the windows in our new house since we moved.

I can recommend them. They are really cheap but sometimes finishing is a bit lax but for the money, unbeatable. The windows are high quality.

Hope this helps.
