Hair stuck in back of throat...help!

I have a hair stuck atthe back of my hroat that has been there for 3 days!!!!

 

I have tried gargling, drinking, eating, tried to reach with fingers, tried to reach with a toothbrush and nothing is working...has anyone got some advice or own personal tips for removal (trying to avoid throwing up BTW).

 

I know i will probably have some lewd remarks and i know who most will be from (Archaeobard :suspect:)

 

please please help!

Try eating dry bread - at least that's what my ma advises....

I had a mate once who was chased by a lurcher - it was after his hair-lip.

If it's troubling you and not shifting then I'd possibly go to the minor injuries unit at the Hallamshire tomorrow and ask them to remove it with some long tweezers, like they do with fish bones.

Try eating something really sticky like treacle that will pick the hair up?

Try Dry toast to see if that will shift it, are rice pudding, i think its a awful feeling when u cant get a it,

its possible its not a hair at all, you may have scratched your throat .

I once thought i had something stuck in my throat and it was only a scratch and thats why i kept feeling it.

Try looking a little further into this, visit the doctor, could be an ulcer

i would visit my doctor by unfortunately he is "only on the phone"? i have the worse doctor in sheffield
