Longcol   596 #13 Posted January 18, 2007 Two from the late '70's punk era.  2.3 (they were once featured in the NME) Charles Hawtrey & The Deaf Aids  and from the late '60's/ early 70's the famous(ish) McCloskeys Apocalypse.  Some stalwarts of the pub scene a couple of years ago;  Slim & the Big Man Johnny Seven Y (got a CD of theirs somewhere).  ps if you do a forum search there has been a thread on Sheffield Punk Bands so that should give you a few more.
