Am having a Stephen King fest this Easter.....I watched The Stand this week.....and cannot rate it highly enough. Passion, confrontation, pathos, love, good, evil.....but most of all, trust. The human Psyche embodied in one book/dvd.....amazing!

Only my 16th time of watching it!!

I have this on DVD to watch tomorrow.

 

Will look forward to this now as we do tend to have the same taste in film.

I IMDB'd it and it's not the type of thing I usually go for but I must have enjoyed it. I hope you like it.

Really ? I watched it fairly recently and found it had dated terribly. Different strokes for different folks !

Drive - 9/10

Really enjoyed this film.

wrath of the titans 6/10, enjoyed clash of the titans more

Green Lantern (dvd) - 5/10

Missed this one at the cinema. Im sorry to say I found it quite disappointing. I don't know alot about the Green Lantern story/history comics etc, but I think giving Ryan Reynolds a couple of funny lines does not make a superhero. Some good effects, but it just didn't seem to do it for me!

Cargo - Really decent Swiss sci-fi film, well worth checking out if you liked Moon or Alien. 8/10
