Garlic   10 #3 Posted January 18, 2007 My favourite quick snack: drain roes, toss in al ittle seasoned flour, shallow fry in just a little oil till slightly browned and hot thru (tinned are already cooked so donesn't take long.)Squeeze over some lemon juice and lots of black pepper.I sometimes fry a thinly sliced cougette with lots of garlic at the same time.Yum, making me hungry, better go and cook tea!
