boyfriday   21 #16 Posted October 7, 2009 I hope the OP has found somebody to do the necessary within the last 3 years!  Incidentally they wanted a copy of a passport certified as an accurate copy of the original, rather than an application countersigning, so they would need a solicitor or magistrate to do that or one or two other 'professionals', but the list is much shorter than the countersignatory one.
