Hi........ look at the clocks, if the heater plug light is flashing....turn the engine off, then start it and see if it is ok then..(resets the pump). sometimes people take the bulb out, if they are selling 1, so you carnt see that it as a fault... a lot of faults with new shape transits, is the diesel pump. get ready if it is, as it can be cost a arm and a leg... try EUROFLEET on petre street, they have a laptop to plug into your van, that will read all the fault codes out antony

clutch clinic get my thumbs up as well. they collected my transit tipper, fitted it and fetched it back all in 4 hours. great service and top guys, i have sent at least 3 people there and all say he was very cheap as well

It must be a common fault as my lads did the same.....but it saves having to turn the tv up when he plays with it;)
