The speed limit is 40mph outside Ecclesfield school and past the camera's and then it changes to 30 towards Chapeltown and the other way Just before Jinnahs so The cars actually speed up to go past the school???? -
I had a friend who lived on there, the house was lovely and can't recall them having any problems. I'd jump at the chance to move there.

The one near the potato man was the bridge to get to arthur lees i think. The basket bridge is further along towards Morrisons. I used to go there in the late 70's early 80's and remember having to walk through a field of cows to get to the bridge.

Just Found this on Enterprise Inns pages. PHEASANT INN SHEFFIELD 2.9 Miles This pub is part of Project Beacon – a new type of tenancy, click here for more details The Pheasant Inn is a large detached property located on a busy intersection of the A6135 Barnsley Road, approximately four miles north of Sheffield city centre. This large flagship property has recently undergone a refurbishment and has two trading rooms, a function room and a car park. The pub is located on the corner of a busy road intersection between Hatfield House Lane and the A6135 Barnsley Road. There are several large residential housing estates nearby and several small businesses trading from shop units opposite and adjacent to the pub. The main customer base is made up of local residents. The pub has also proven popular for live music in the past which attracts people from all over South Yorkshire. The new consumer pricing on offer at this site is attracting consumers from further afield and the introduction of a food offer will increase the level of trade further. Enterprise requires an experienced Publican. We have an Open Day here on Friday 5th October 10am til 2pm. Pheasant Inn, 822 Barnsley Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S5 0QG
