I recently bid on a house with Bloor and have come out feeling very confused and dissapointed. The property ended up going for 6K over asking price and the estate agent said I couldnt bid any higher as my mortgage may not be approved in this climate if the lender valued the property at the offer price suggested. Is it common practice for the estate agent dealing with bids to disclose the oppositions offer and details? By the end of the bidding period I knew the other bidders name and how they were paying for the property. How can it be a fair process if offers are not kept confidential and your offer is discussed with the other party even when it is meant to be a best and final process?

Hi there - I dont know if you have heard of the Bee Buddies project run through Groundwork Sheffield. They have 7 community apiary sites that amateur beekeepers can use to earn how to keep bees. They have also just released free training courses for beekeepers on their facebook page. Cheers -
