Twas me, and thanks for the congrats Fox, still in a bit of a daze really, I won it last year, Dec 18th but kept it a secret till saturday, wanted the kids and family to feel the buzz that we did whilst were were there, bit evil I know, but it was worth it, their faces were a picture!!!, I have spent it all on chocolate and fizzy cola bottles by the way!!
  8. I was on the show a few years ago, the only thing I can say is be yourself, keep your sense of humour, and smile alot!!. Best of luck!!
  9. Ive been on a few, go for it, its a great laugh, most of the companies really look after you, you have a chance to win a few bob( if youre lucky),I dont know about doing it full time,I know people who are on regularly but I really dont think that you could make a regular living from it, especially as the production companies do like to have a few fresh faces on,and they will ask you if youve ever been on telly before, so it can sometimes go against you.
  10. went in there regularly 85-87ish .Steve Dakin did the disco.... happy days, a few pints of Guiness then up to Wonderfull for a bog of chips and then a long stagger home.....
  11. I have my milk delivered every day have done for last 17 yrs, he comes at 6.30 every morning all weathers, fab service.I was once told that milk in bottles is a better quality than the stuff in cartons, as it is only pasturised once, dont know if this is true or not, I know its more expensive, but its nice to have milk there every morning.
