  4. Regather Sheffield co-op have a workshop you can hire for £10 an hour: http://www.regather.net/shop/enquiry/works/resources/workshop
  5. We will be going its THIS weekend! Adult entry is £3.50 but it goes to the educational visits for all children in south yorkshire. x
  6. Anyone have any knowledge about a crafts fair at elsecar heritage centre on the 28th July I have been contacted regarding booking a table? http://www.paperdollevents.co.uk/site/wwwpaperdolleventscouk/
  7. Sour Cherry in the Nichols building makes lazer cut jewelry, you could ask to see if she would do you some work (just cutting) if you were offering a bulk purchase?
  8. I would be interested dependant on price, size and security of studio/equipment. Thanks
  9. I would pay that fee (the kelham island fair is about £100) - but for a christmas fair, its all about timing, more buyers at that time of year I think. It is a little expensive but theres not really a better place than that. I would prefer to spend £40 on one great city venue than 2 x £20 stalls at a local fair.
  10. The WI might be a good start? http://www.thewi.org.uk/become-a-member/wi-case-studies/seven-hills-wi
  11. Hi I just picked my pencils up again a few weeks ago and have also used weebly to host my own site (will pm you the link) Have a look at mine. Like in a gallery I have opted for the white space look rather than a darker option. But this is all personal opinion. The design is really easy, make sure you utilize the pages and add pages for art for sale or categorize in type of media or subject? Add a contact form, many professionals do not like to put prices on their web sites rather they prefer to be contacted via email, however many disagree and think that they can loose a potential buyers interest if they do not show pricing on the web site. Keep it clean looking and simple keep in mind art galleries and how they present art work. Offer prints, post cards etc for lower price ranges.
