Hi ch3quers, I know a very good dog walker who does sitting sometimes. I'll be talking to them later and will let you know. They're not very far from you either.

WallBuilder is spot on. The only drawbacks I can think of are that it may be one of the old houses that is difficult to heat, damp or draughty. If it is close to the river you may be at risk of flooding or, again, damp. You need to have a look. (It's a nice place to spend some time looking around/walking anyway). It's a glorious area and as they say: location,location,location. Good luck.

Everyone's different. Some fall pregnant if people just look at them; others take years. I think it comes down to timing and stress levels.

I don't have much of an accent even though I'm Sheffield born and bred. It only comes out when I use words like muck, chuck or mardy.
